Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Reflection Period: The period in which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer: A natural person who purchases goods for personal use and not for business purposes.
Day: Calendar day.
Duration Agreement: A contract concerning products or services delivered over a continuous or recurring period.
Durable Medium: Any tool that allows information to be stored for future access, such as email or PDF.
Right of Withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel a purchase within the reflection period.
Entrepreneur: Aura, the business selling products online to consumers.
Distance Contract: An agreement concluded between Aura and the consumer through online communication without physical presence.
General Terms & Conditions: These Terms & Conditions which govern the use of our website and purchases made through it.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer, order, and distance contract placed through Aura’s website.
Before completing a purchase, consumers will have access to these Terms & Conditions. If provided electronically, they may be saved or printed for future reference.
If additional product-specific terms apply, they complement these Terms & Conditions. In case of conflict, consumers may rely on the most favorable provision.
If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced with a legally acceptable alternative that reflects the original intent.
Article 4 – The Offer
All product listings, prices, and descriptions constitute a non-binding offer. Aura may modify or update products, descriptions, or prices at any time.
We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, details, and descriptions accurately. Variations may occur due to monitor settings or material characteristics.
Each offer clearly states the consumer’s rights and obligations, including:

• Shipping costs
• Whether the right of withdrawal applies
• The payment method
• Delivery process
• Any applicable conditions or limitations
Obvious errors (such as pricing misprints) do not obligate Aura to fulfill an order.
Article 5 – The Agreement
A purchase agreement is formed once the consumer completes checkout and Aura confirms the order.
If the order is placed electronically, Aura will send confirmation via email. Until confirmed, consumers may cancel their order.
Aura uses secure technology to protect personal data and payment information. Payment is processed through trusted third-party providers.
Aura reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, inability to verify payment, or errors in product availability.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Period)
Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product.
During the reflection period, consumers must handle products carefully and only inspect them as they would in a physical store.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, consumers must notify Aura by email at shape8789@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
After notifying Aura, the item must be returned within 14 days. Consumers must provide proof of return shipment if requested.
If no communication is made within the required period, the order is considered final.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after Aura receives the returned product, provided it is in its original condition.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Article 8 – Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
Returns may not be accepted for:

Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders already placed.
Obvious pricing mistakes do not obligate Aura to fulfill the order.
Consumers outside the U.S. may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
Products must meet general expectations of quality and function based on their description.
Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Aura’s warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage caused by:
• Improper use
• Wear and tear
• Unauthorized repairs or alterations
Replacement or repair is offered when applicable.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
Aura processes orders with care and aims to ship within the stated timeframe.
If shipping is delayed or an item is unavailable, the consumer will be notified. Consumers may cancel orders if delivery exceeds 30 days without agreement.
Risk of loss transfers to the consumer once the order is delivered to the provided address.
Article 12 – Duration Agreements
These provisions apply only to recurring or subscription-based services (if offered in the future).
Consumers may cancel at any time with at least one month's notice unless otherwise stated.
Automatic renewals will not occur without clear prior consent.
Article 13 – Payment
Unless otherwise specified, payment must be completed at checkout.
Consumers must notify Aura promptly of any errors in billing.
If payment is not completed or reversed, Aura may cancel the order or charge reasonable recovery fees.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints regarding orders or service must be emailed to shape8789@gmail.com within 7 days of discovering an issue.
Aura will respond within 14 days.
If a complaint requires more time, Aura will notify the consumer of the expected resolution timeline.
A complaint does not suspend payment obligations.
Article 15 – Governing Law
All agreements between Aura and consumers are governed exclusively by the laws of the United States, specifically the state in which Aura is legally registered.
